I need advice! Job offers with french
I’m looking for a job where I can use my French. My level is really high I am pretty much native but I learnt by myself. Whenever I look for jobs they only want native people and to be honest I don’t like to lie in my cv or in an interview .. I don’t feel good at all because if I ever get in I’ll see these people every day. Anyway, do you think I should invest in getting a French certificate? I haven’t done it because it’s expensive and I can’t actually afford it .. but I guess people don’t believe you can learn a language without doing an exam to prove you have that level… Any advice?

Hey Laura if I were you I’ll take the exam and earn that certificate because honestly that may be really useful and you can say no I’m not native but I have this level of French and this certificate assures it. So I don’t know I mean it’s no cheap and I when you are unemployed it’s harder to pay things like this but what if doing this gets you the job? You’ve got nothing to lose.Apr 5, 2017

Yes! And if you get the certificate you can teach in the meanwhile. I mean, you can be a particular French teacher while you look for a job!Apr 5, 2017
