  What is most important to you when choosing a company to work for?

    I value mostly the appreciation and value of one's work/performance for the Company; being treated like a human being, because a happy employee goes further and further, over and beyond their duties.
    Working hard and not getting any appreciation for it, is a big turn-off for employees
