When it comes to a salary what is the difference between a heavy equipment operator a laborer and welder in the Oil and gas pipeline construction? I want to work in construction one day and I would like to know these kinds of topics to make sure I know where am I getting myself into. That is the only thing I find hard to ask bout. Money. If you can get more information about salaries, bonus etc please feel free to comment and let me know

    • Hello Logan My work is related to the oil and gas pipeline construction Industry so I am comfortable talking about this. To be honest a Laborer are who get paid less (about $16 an hour) A welder gets paid a little bit more ($20) and a Heavy Equipment operator $23 per hour.
