Floor Managers spend a lot of their time on the ground or in the store front, meeting customers and working with their fellow employees.

Floor Managers may have various certifications or qualifications. These may range from Diplomas and Associates to Bachelors and Masters Degrees. However, they often study Retail Management, Marketing, Business Administration or Sales Management.
