  I am already in the USA I have a 2yr work permit,but my category of work permit is not allowed to work in the state I am so I need a sponsor how can I get one so that I can be able to sit for NCLEX n get a licence?

  I want to get a sponsorship through a staffing agency and be able to work in the US. I don't really know the options I have. I guess a green card but I don't really know how to get it. Can someone who experienced this help me out? living and working in the US is would be my dream come true. I'm not happy where I am right now and I feel I have to start over and I think this could be a nice opportunity. Please help me put if you've ever done this! I read so much misleading information on the internet.

    hello Mz, I think the easiest way to get a international sponsorship to the US is to contact a staffing agency, such as Velocity healthcare and Onward healthcare, which they specializes in placing foreign-trained nurses in American Hospitals and clinics.
    The thing is that I think that lately the United States currently only issues work visas for registered nurses and advances practice nurses, so you'll need to obtain a US national licensure, so you will also need to pass the NCLEX exam which is a requirement for American nurse licensure and be a registered nurse. This exam tests your ability to work as a registered nurse. I recommend you to first contact the CGFNS (commission on graduates of foreign nursing schools. You can perform a prescreening that will let you know if you are likely to pass the exam or you need to develop further skills.
