Fashion Designer

Fashion Designers are responsible for creating several types and models of shoes, dresses, suits, and other accessories and clothing. They study trends and create designs of clothing, including fabrics and colors. These professionals may specialize in different areas such as clothing (sportswear, casual wear, maternity, children´s apparel, etc), footwear (shoes and boots), and accessory designers (hats, belts, handbags, scarves, etc). They may work in large design firms, design houses, and small companies.
 
Fashion Designers usually perform many of the following tasks:
• Creating sample designs.
• Finding suppliers.
•   Choosing materials.
•   Predicting future trends.
• Experimenting with new fabrics.
