Leasing Consultants are required to show properties and talk about their requirements to customers. Among properties are independent houses, condominiums, lease flats, empty plots of land, and other residential properties. They locate properties for rent and then close deals of houses and apartments with their clients. These professionals may work at private builders or construction companies, real estate firms or as freelance workers.

Leasing Consultants usually perform many of the following tasks:
